Air Rarotonga Cancellation and Refund Policy
Customers can apply for a refund for their cancelled ticket by filling up a form available on the airline’s official website. For refund a customer can also call their call centre on +1-855-635-3039 between 7am to 6pm from Monday to Saturday.
It should be noted that only Fully flexible fares booked through website can be refunded back to credit card. For all other types of fare, refunds will be made as vouchers that can be used to book tickets in future within 12 months from original reservation date.
Air Rarotonga Baggage Policy
A customer’s baggage allowance is dependent on the type of fare you have booked. The baggage information is given on the itinerary.
Fully flexible and Seat+ Bag ticket holder are allowed a single piece of checked-in baggage weighing maximum 23kgs and a piece of hand baggage weighing not more than 7kgs. However, excess baggage is allowed by paying NZ$ 3.50 per additional kilogram.
