    My last flight TK720 from Istanbul to Mumbai on 23/02 was delayed by 2.5 hours.
    Due to that I missed my domestic flight from Mumbai to Coimbatore,
    The ground staff including your station manger refuse to take any responsibility for this delay,
    I had to buy a new ticket for other flight later ,
    I will be happy to get your clarifications on this case
